  • Ted Todd spent over 40 years proving that how you build a business matters just as much as what you build.

    He started as an insurance agent out of a Sears department store in the 1980s. No shortcuts, no advantages, just a commitment to doing things right. That approach took him from a single desk to running the largest captive agency in the country, and eventually to being inducted into the Hall of Fame.

    Along the way, Ted became just as known for developing people as he was for building revenue. Mentorship, accountability, and a relentless focus on improvement became the foundation of everything he touched.
